PAYMENT
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and all online payments will be processed in Australian dollars. For those purchasing with a foreign currency, the amount billed to your credit card or debited from your bank account may differ slightly to the price shown at the checkout due to the currency conversion and any bank fees you may incur. Payment by Square or credit card. We use a secure online service, so you can be assured of complete safety.

It is an honour for me to work with you to create a bespoke piece for yourself, or your significant other.

After consultation, you will get an obligation free quote. A 50% deposit is required to commence work and the final payment after completion. If you request some design changes during the making process an additional cost may occur and will be communicated before proceeding.
Please bear in mind that turnaround will depend on the work, whether a stone needs to be sourced, finger size determined, time of the year/workload... and can be between 2- 12 weeks. Get in touch to make an appointment via the contact or booking form. Looking forward to hearing from you.

RINGS
You can download a ring sizing app on your smartphone. Just search for ‘ring sizer’. You can then place a ring onto the screen of your phone and it will determine the size.
You can order a plastic finger sizer in the ring section of my shop. Please bear in mind that on a hot day your fingers swell up, and on a cold day your fingers are smaller. Find an average. You can contact me then with your size.
Another option is to go to a local jeweller and ask them to size your finger for you. Otherwise, cut a length of card approximately 1-2cm wide. Wrap it around your finger where you want the ring to fit, and mark the exact spot where it meets. Take a ruler and measure the length in mm. Check and measure 3 times to be sure of an accurate measurement.
Below is a chart that will give you an indication of what size ring you will need. We are responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered, however you are responsible for determining your own ring size.
SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING within Australia for orders over $150.
We offer two options for postage within Australia:
- Regular Post with tracking $12
- Express Post with tracking $15
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering and usually take 3-5 business days with regular post and 1-3 business days with express post to arrive. We will notify you via email once your item has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow 7-14 business days depending on location for all international orders.
DAMAGES AND FAULTS
We take great care in making sure all our products are made to the highest quality and that they are in perfect condition when sent to you. If there happens to be a fault we didn’t find, please contact us immediately. Please keep in mind that jewellery and gemstones are delicate and should be handled carefully. Any breaking from mishandling or general wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered faults.
If an item arrives to you and is faulty or broken, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will happily replace or provide a full refund if the item is no longer available, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Send us your details and a photo of the damaged piece and we can advise if repairing is possible.
REPAIRS
We are more than happy to offer a repair service for damaged items purchased by us. Please email us for details.
TAXES
Items entering a foreign country are subject to customs duties or taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs once for more information. We will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are more than happy to offer an exchange if you change your mind. You must return the item within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition. Please choose carefully as we will only offer a refund in the case that the item is faulty. The buyer is responsible for any shipping or handling fees of the returned item except in the case of a faulty item, where return postage will be refunded. Please ensure that any item being returned is carefully packaged in its original packaging with proof of purchase. There is no exchange on custom pieces or sale items.
