Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order

NATAŠA MILENOVIĆ | jewellery minimum order is $450 + freight for all new orders. A minimum of $300 applies for re-orders.

Payment

NATAŠA MILENOVIĆ | jewellery orders must be pre-paid via proforma invoice; we are not able to offer accounts. We accept credit card or bank payments. You will be emailed the invoice and goods will be held for 21 days pending payment. Please note that we only hold limited stock so all orders will be held for a maximum of 21 days before being reallocated to another stockist. No orders will be posted until full payment is received.

Delivery

Delivery and time frames will be determined at the time an order is placed. This can be anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks. If you require delivery by a certain date please discuss this when placing your order.

Exclusivity

Approval is needed before becoming a NATAŠA MILENOVIĆ | jewellery stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If you don’t place a re-order within 6 months NATAŠA MILENOVIĆ | jewellery will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void.

Prices

The prices shown on our website are RRP. We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time unless prior invoiced. All goods come with a RRP and goods must not be priced under this amount. NATAŠA MILENOVIĆ | jewellery is not registered for GST.

Copyright and Images

This website is owned by NATAŠA MILENOVIĆ (ABN: 53 996 512 345), and is subject to copyright. If you would like to use any of our images for promotional purposes please ask permission first and credit the image.

Sales Outlets/ Website and online sales

You are only authorised to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial application to NATAŠA MILENOVIĆ | jewellery at the address given. Secondary stores must receive prior approval. Website and online sales must have prior approval by NATAŠA MILENOVIĆ | jewellery. Even if your retail store has online sales attached you must receive separate approval for both outlets. NATAŠA MILENOVIĆ | jewellery does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites or through markets without written permission.

Returns

Any problems must be reported by phone call or email within 10 days of receipt. Please do not return goods before contacting us. Should we ask you to return goods you must obtain a postage receipt and that will be credited against your account.

Handmade

NATAŠA MILENOVIĆ | jewellery products are hand made and coloured (patina) individually. There may be slight differences in colour and shape due to this nature, the buyer accepts this when the order is placed. It will not be a considered fault and therefore no credit will be issued.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of NATAŠA MILENOVIĆ | jewellery. We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request as well as promote your business through social media outlets such as Facebook and Instagram from time to time.

We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from natasamilenovic.com.au. Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our Payment Processor, Square.
